On Friday, March 7, former Plymouth South High School standout Amelia Freitas’ current college team, the SNHU Penmen, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Bridgeport Purple Knights.
The game took place at USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was their first matchup against the Purple Knights this season.
The Penmen’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 10 a.m. at USSSA Space Coast Complex against West Chester Golden Rams.
