Jake Peterson helps Babson move past Saint Joseph’s Monks in NCAA Division III tournament opener

On Friday, March 6, Jake Peterson, a former Hanover High School standout, contributed as his current college team, the Babson Beavers, secured a 71-67 victory over the Saint Joseph’s Monks in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The matchup, which started at 4:30 p.m. at Ray Oosting Gymnasium, marked the Beavers’ first meeting with the Saint Joseph’s Monks in this tournament.

Babson’s next contest is set for Saturday, March 7 at 7 p.m., also at Ray Oosting Gymnasium.
