On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Whitman Hanson Regional High School standout Rian Schwede’s current college team, the Dallas Baptist Patriots, won 11-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the SIUE Cougars.
The game took place at Horner Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Cougars this season.
The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Horner Ballpark against SIUE Cougars.
