Of the 1,061 people living in Marion Center in 2020, 49 percent (520) were women and 51 percent (541) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Plymouth Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 190. In the 65 and over age range, there were 200 females and 78 males.
