On Sunday, March 2, former Whitman Hanson Regional High School standout Rian Schwede’s current college team, the Dallas Baptist Patriots, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles.

The game took place at J. L. Johnson Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 6 p.m. at Horner Ballpark against Oklahoma Sooners.
