Water Main Break at the Intersection of Main Street and Union Street 11/24/22

Town of Hanover Department of Public Works staff are responding to a water main break at the intersection of Main Street and Union Street this morning, November 24, 2022.

To facilitate these repairs, water service will be shut down from this area to Buena Vista Way.

Upon completion of repairs, residents in the area may experience dirty water from dislodged sediments in the pipes. Should you experience this, we ask that you simply run cold water from your faucet for several minutes until it runs clear.

If you continue to see discolored water, we ask that you call the Water Department at 781-826-3189 during normal business hours. If you are calling outside of normal business hours, please call the Hanover Emergency Communications Center at 781-826-2335, ext 0.
