On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Whitman Hanson Regional High School standout Rian Schwede’s current college team, the Dallas Baptist Patriots, lost 7-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the LSU Tigers.

The game took place at Globe Life Field. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. at J. L. Johnson Stadium against Oral Roberts Golden Eagles.
