Rep. Stephen F. Lynch discusses committee roles and criticizes Trump's foreign policy

Rep. Stephen F. Lynch, representing Massachusetts' 8th district in the U.S. Congress since 2001, has been actively engaging with his constituents and followers through social media. On January 22, 2025, he shared updates on his roles and responsibilities within various congressional subcommittees.

On January 22, Rep. Lynch announced his continued role as Lead Democrat for the Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology & Artificial Intelligence under the @FSCDems. He expressed enthusiasm for advancing innovation while ensuring consumer protection: "I am proud to again serve as Lead Democrat for the @FSCDems Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology & Artificial Intelligence. On January 23, Rep. Lynch voiced opposition against certain actions by President Trump concerning international relations with allies such as Canada.
