Rep. Stephen F. Lynch criticizes Trump layoffs and calls for crypto regulations

Rep. Stephen F. Lynch, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Massachusetts’ 8th district, has been vocal on various issues through his recent tweets. With a career in politics that began in the Massachusetts House of Representatives and continued into the U.S. Congress since 2001, Lynch addresses significant national concerns through his social media presence.

On February 19, 2025, Rep. Lynch expressed criticism towards former President Trump for dismissing federal employees. On February 20, 2025, Rep. Lynch announced an upcoming rally supporting veterans and federal workers affected by layoffs under Trump's administration: "Tomorrow, February 21st, at 1:00 PM, I will be holding a rally at the West Roxbury VA (Spring St. entrance) in support of our veterans and federal workers who have been impacted by President Trump's massive layoffs."
